Application Talk

Hey... So basically I was playing {insert server} earlier today, I watched a couple of videos until I saw one video. "How to apply for staff" I obviously did not skip it, in order to see why the application could not be submitted. Anyways, I saw one thing SnapCraft doesn't have, and this is a alert to the owners/admins of SnapCraft that must be an idea for a change to applications. Once I completed the video I recapped what was said. The only change that made effect was 1. Rank needed to apply - Which I don't think SnapCraft should add, and then a big difference. Most of my friends are children and have staff, which I think is correct, they are mature and good at being that. So here was the change 2. To apply, you need to be 14 years old. Anyways, 14 year olds are accepted if they are as mature as 14 year olds. OK, no, or, yes that really should be added to Snap Craft! I think they should do that because many of my friends are %100 mature as even like an adult! Thanks for reading, I hope this is a change that will happen soon. Thanks -Lorenzo

Did you seriously not even read the helper application format? 15 years of age is not a requirement. Although we do take age into account, it's not the major contributor to our decisions. As well as applications closed almost a month ago, so you're out of luck until a later date. (Also, we aren't the same as other servers, so we choose staff that are best suited to helping our community).

Mineplex is trash, they will give staff to, quite literally, anyone that throws money at them. That's not the goal here, and if that's your only argument as to being a staff member, then you're sorely mistaken, and you definitely do not belong on the staff team.
