Yes it does I got this pack off YouTube and the time of the video had low fire.

step 1 download the reasourse pack
step 2 go to your seach computer area (for me its in the bottom left corner)
step 3 Search %appdata% and go to .minecraft
step 4 Click texture packs
step 5 Drag the texture pack in texture pack file
Step 6 go to minecraft and go to options and then click reasource packs and the rest should be simple

An easier way is to

1. Open minecraft
2. Press ESC and click options
3. click resource packs
4. Click "open resource pack folder" (or something like that )
5. When the folder opens, drag and drop the resource pack into the minecraft resource pack folder

and done xD
