If you like my idea go to polls and click on cool idea(name of idea) if you don't say bad idea(name of idea) in the polls.

Builder's Wand - An enchanted blaze rod that if you click on (row of iron blocks) it will place the corresponding block(another row of iron blocks).

Public Chest - A chest that is accessible to all people

Can't you just use World Edit for that?

It's a wooden axe actually, and he's not a noob....

Well it's actually doesn't have to be an axe for WE brush the axe is simply for selecting area. The We brush could be an blaze rod a stick or even a watermelon

The key word here is brush people

Brush and the wand is two different things, what he meant was that the wand is an axe and it's what most people use.

I need some clarification on what he ment then. What u r supposed to be able to do

There's already world edit where you can do //copy and //paste or //set that you can carry out if you have either master or legend.
If you want someone in a chest, I suggest adding them to your plot.
