That's honestly so true. Some people get your sense of humor, and some don't. I don't mind being a open book and express every post i make. I do feel I owe a bunch of sorrys.

Well in my opinion, it's like... if you say something you really mean, that you're so happy to say to them, because of all the things they did, you would be proud of yourself, for example. But if they start crying, you would give pity. Just because they cry does not mean you feel sorry for them and regret your words. Especially online. Sometimes, it's just not you that's too offensive, it's them for being too weak.

but i mean, if you make someone cry, then you obviously did something that was either unnecessary or just downright mean. lots of people don't cry for nothing and lots of people on the internet know what's out there either because they've experienced it online before or in real life. so, just be careful with your words :/ because you never know what might trigger someone's emotions...

When your sense of sarcasm is strong and people don't note it or get it. That's when it hurts the giver of humor (that's me). I do feel guilty sometimes when I say such things. Does make look like the straightforward creep.
