So what I want to do is to make a form in a different subforum for reports. That way, it could answer the questions so that there is enough evidence. One report = 1 message (gives you credit for reporting)​

How could this idea help improve Snapcraft?

it could answer the questions so that there is enough evidence. It will also make it easier for new players to locate it, rather than going to tickets the whole time. You can just click it and submit the report. Simple!​

I guess you are right, it is a bit like Jartex. I am trying to add it here is to make it easier for evidence to be sought

Evidence are only shared with staff members and the person reporting, so the ticket system will stay as is. We store the evidence in staff related databases.

It is really not 'form based' where they ask you questions. A form based subforum is suggestions.
