Hello and welcome to the Official Snapcraft KitPvP Guide. Within this guide you will find everything you could ever want to know about KitPvP. Hopefully this will answer any of your questions. Learn about the variety of awesome features and how to use them to enhance your own gameplay!
The Snapcraft KitPvP Gamemode is known for being one of, if not the best on Minecraft! Make sure to join it, and see what everyone is raving about!
What is KitPvP?
KitPvP is a PvP based gamemode in which you spawn in a pre-set custom kit. The aim of the Gamemode is to get better loot, kill players and rule the server! We have many features in our custom KitPvP server to make it more enjoyable and competitive for you! There are also different ways you can make money to help you advance up the leaderboards! This guide will highlight different methods to advance in our server and learn some helpful commands.
Getting Started:
Being brand-new on any server is not easy, so here are some top tips on how you can get started, integrate your way into the community and be a part of the winning gangs!
You will spawn in with the kit that corresponds with your rank, you can drop down into the PvP Arena to fight players to begin earning some money. You get money from assists and kills, so just swing your sword and everyone, some money will start coming in! You will lose your items on death, and respawn with your basic kit once again. So make sure when you drop you have some team-mates to help you out, or do not mind losing your loot.
TOP TIP: You can do your ‘+’ kit every 4 hours! This kit contains the items from the rank above your current one, making your loot slightly better than before! This can make all the difference in a fight against the enemy though.
Other easy ways to get money upon starting are: voting, fishing, wager duels. We will cover all these in more detail later, so make sure to keep reading to find out more!

We have revamped our gang system this season! Making some much needed improvements all around. We’ve listened to the community, giving gangs 8 members to begin with, with the possibility of upgrading to 11 members! There is now more options to customise, and make your gang even better than ever before! Purchase upgrades with the points and be the best gang! You will be given one gang point for getting a kill. Custom Enchants:
Our KitPvP server offers a variety of unique and thrilling custom enchants for players to experiment with, and to make the ultimate loadout! All of them can be acquired through enchanting, buying from the auction house, or through /playerlevel and /playtimerewards. Combine your enchants in the Anvil to get the ultimate loadout!
You can view all our enchants using the command /en list, or by finding the NPC at spawn. Alternatively, click the spoiler to find out what they all do, and their max level!

KOTH:
King of the hill (KOTH) is an event which we all know and love! Remain inside the capture area for 7 minutes and be rewarded with money and KOTH keys! Be careful though, the competition is fierce, so bring your goot loot! If you get knocked out of the area, the timer will reset, and another person/gang could potentially start capturing the hill. You must remain in there the entire time to get the rewards.
Outposts:
Outposts are a unique feature to KitPvP, and offer a new challenge for our players. An outpost will give an ongoing buff to the gang that captures it to 100%. You must stand inside the area to capture it. Other gangs are able to contest and also capture the outpost. Make sure to keep an eye on the chat, as you will get a notification if another gang is capturing it! We have 4 outposts throughout the KitPvP map, make sure to know where they all are! Each granting a different buff to give you the edge in the PvP Arena. They also drop epic loot every so often. You can find an overview of what outpost does by clicking the spoiler, or use /outpost in-game.

Duels:
Duels are a fantastic way to practice your skills, show your enemy who is boss, or make some easy money from wagering against other players! You can find all of duels commands below by clicking the spoiler! Good luck in the arena.

Online Store/Goldshop:
Our Online Store still has a variety of ranks, items and perks for our players to choose from. Thank you for all your purchases, we would not be able to have Snapcraft, and continue its development without all of you.
We have also introduced a new currency to Snapcraft, which will be present in all gamemodes upon reset. This is Snapcraft Gold! This unique currency will be available on all servers to make in-game purchases on things such as: tags, crates, XP and so much more! You can buy Snapcraft Gold from our Store. This currency is global across the Network, so choose carefully what to spend it on!
Playerlevels:
These two new features are for the grinders of KitPvP! They are new features for Snapcraft and will be present in our other gamemodes upon reset too!
Player Levels are simple, you complete tasks to level up, and you can showcase your progress in the chat. Access this by /playerlevel.
Want extra rewards for levelling up? Why not purchase the Premium Pass from /goldshop?! With this pass, players will be able to claim extra rewards for every level they complete. Additionally, every few levels will grant players a new level colour and some Snapcraft Gold back!
Playtimerewards:
When you stay online for a certain amount of time, you become eligible to claim Playtime Rewards. Simply use the command ‘/playtimerewards’ to see what rewards are available to you. Rewards may include rare equipment, in-game currency, or custom cosmetic items. You can claim your rewards on a regular basis, such as every hour or every day. You are able to AFK on the server for the time to count towards these challenges, so why not AFK at spawn to get free keys, whilst completing the time required for the next level?!
Crates:
We have kept the crate system the same as it was before, removing some unfavourable items and keeping them clean. We have added a new KOTH crate, which can only be obtained through capturing the KOTH! You can view all our crates below:
Kill Crate:
Kill Crate keys can be obtained through killing players in the PvP Arena, capturing the South Outpost, /goldshop, /playtimerewards and /playerlevels. Preview the rewards by left clicking the crate at /warp crates!
Vote Crate:
Vote keys can only be obtained through voting on our Network. Preview the rewards by left clicking the crate at /warp crates!
Rare Crate:
Rare keys can be obtained through vote parties, the North Outpost, /goldshop, /playtimerewards and /playerlevels. Preview the rewards by left clicking the crate at /warp crates!
KOTH Crate:
This crate can only be obtained through capturing the KOTH in the PvP Arena. Preview the rewards by left clicking the crate at /warp crates!
Trading, Selling Items and Methods to Make Money:
Fishing:
The classic way to gain money is through killing players in the arena. As a beginning player, this may not be the easiest method, but do not worry! There are multiple fishing ponds around our arenas. You may fish in these ponds and sell the fish at the NPC located somewhere on the map. The fish are quite profitable! We have our own custom made fishing plug-in to keep our players entertained for hours, whilst also making some easy money!
There are 6 fishing contests daily. They occur every 4 hours. Entering a fishing contest is simple, just start fishing when the contest begins. The top 5 fishers will receive a money reward. You can use /fish top to view the fishing leaderboard during a contest. Be cautious of the surrounding players, they can kill you since you are in the PvP arena.
Voting:
Voting is a great way to earn quick, and most importantly FREE rewards! Type /vote in-game, or visit this page to cast your vote on the server. You will be rewarded with a Vote Key which will be given to you in-game, along with some XP bottles to start getting your God Set ready! You now get Snapcraft Gold for FREE by voting for our server. More information on this change can be found on our Discord under the #Announcements section.
Emerald Merchant:
The Emerald Merchant NPC will buy your all your shiny emeralds for $50 each! To acquire a shiny emerald, simply kill a player in the PvP arena by any means! Upon their death, there is a chance they will drop 1-4 shiny emeralds for you to collect from their spoils! Please note that a shiny emerald will not drop all the time. This NPC can be found in the main spawn area.
Headhunter:
The Headhunter NPC will buy all your hard-earned decapitated heads for a brilliant price of $300 each! To acquire a head, simply kill a player in the PvP Arena whilst using a sword with the ‘beheading’ enchantment. The higher the beheading enchantment, the higher chance of a player dropping their head on death. This NPC can be found in the main spawn area.
Bounties:
Want someone dead? The bounty system allows you to make everyone on the server target a specific player! The larger bounty you place on someone, the more chance that everyone will target them. The ‘bounty money’ will be given to the player that lands the final blow. You can view some of the commands for bounties using the spoiler:
/bounty

/bounty <Username> <Amount>
Sets a bounty of the specified player
/bounty <Username> remove
Removes a bounty you have placed on a specific player (10% tax).
Auction House:
The Auction House is a place where you can sell individual items for a price that you set! To list an item on the Auction House, simply do /ah sell <Amount> whilst holding that item. To view the auction house and the items being sold, you use the command /ah. You can use the bar at the bottom of the GUI to navigate your way through a variety of options and menus in the auction house too!
The number of items you are allowed to list at one time depends on your rank. To list an item, you use the command /is sell <Price>. You can then choose to either put the item up to sell just for that specified price or to allow bidding. To simply sell, run the command click the diamond. The item in your hand for others to purchase for 24 hours. Alternatively, click the emerald to allow players to bid on your item. The minimum bid will be the <Price>. After that, the sale will expire, and you can retrieve the item by doing /ah expired.
Targets:
While you’re inside the PvP arena, you may randomly be selected as the target. The coordinates of the target appear on every player’s screen in order for them to be located. The player who kills the target receives a money reward. If the target is to survive, they will receive a money reward themselves.
Envoys:
Envoys are a vital part of KitPvP. They give epic loot, and allow players to complete some of their playerlevels. Every hour, on the hour (excluding when fishing contest is on) 30 chests will drop from the sky into the PvP Arena. Be the first one to the chests to get the loot! They contain items like: money, armour, keys and much more! Make sure you’re there to collect them before everyone else does!
Coinflips:
Feeling lucky? Our coinflip plug-in is perfect for you! You can bet money against our players on the server by creating a coinflip, and placing your money on either heads or tails! There is a 5% tax on all coinflip transactions. Click the spoiler to find out how to use the feature!

Here is a list of extra features that deserve to be mentioned but did not quite make it into their own category!
Item Filter:
Never worry about having an inventory full of junk loot again! Our brand new item-filter will solve all your inventory problems. Use /itemfilter toggle to turn it on/off. You can customise what items are picked up, and those that are left on the floor by using edit! This player friendly GUI is easy to use, and is a no-brainer when on our KitPvP server!
MailDelivery:
A safe and easy way to send packages to your friends, even when they are offline!
With our Delivery System, you can now surprise your friends with gifts and items, or simply send them a package to help them out in the game. And the best part? You can do it all with ease and safety!
To send a package, simply type "/maildelivery" followed by the player's name, and an inventory will pop up where you can drop your items into. The delivery man will then make sure that all your items are carefully packaged and delivered to your friend in one small package. If you change your mind or want to cancel the delivery, simply click the "Cancel" button.
Killstreaks:
Killstreaks are a new addition to KitPvP, and reward the players that manage to get kills without dying! You can receive: money, keys, and tags for acquiring a killstreak! The higher killstreak you get, the better the rewards! You can type /killstreak in-game to see all the rewards on offer!
Leaderboards:
With our new leaderboard system, you'll be able to view your exact position on every leaderboard, whether it's in spawn or the newly introduced leaderboards. This means that you'll be able to see your rank and how far you are from the next level or achievement. Whether it's your highest killstreak, or your PvP kills, you'll be able to keep track of your progress in real-time.
You can do /warp leaderboards to view how you shape up against the rest of the server! Keep grinding for #1 on all leaderboards!
