Kitpvp Things to Fix

1. Duels
Kit Gapple and Kit Godset take 30 min+ bc of str 1
Kits have speed 1 when there should be speed 2 - Debuff

2. Enchant Table
Lev 30 Enchant table is not right - needs 3 more bookselves around it to be a true lev 30 - why would anyone use lev 30 if your getting d2 or unb 2...

3. Basic Commands
/restart time - So i know when server is restarting so i dont drop to fight in gset and lag out...
/fish schedule - thought I did it before unless its some other command but didnt see on any signs

We are aware of all duel issues.

Can you show me a video of getting unbreaking 2 using the level 30 enchant table? Works fine for me.

/restart time will be added.
We will have an events NPC at spawn which shows all the events!
